Dawn has spent her extensive career as President and CEO of two boutique consulting companies and as a Practice Leader for a national consulting firm in the field of organizations and people.
As a dynamic and results driven business strategist Dawn has extensive leadership experience in organizational design, diagnostics, review and restructuring. She is a collaborative leader who operates with a high level of integrity and influence to support the achievement of overall business strategies.

Joanna is a dynamic and values-driven executive with over two decades of leadership experience spanning organizational development, human resources, business strategy, and social impact. She has led transformational initiatives across sectors, building high-trust workplaces, modernizing systems, and aligning people strategy with organizational purpose.
She has served as a nonprofit CEO and Director of People & Culture, and spent a decade as an entrepreneur growing a small business into a national presence. Her career spans public and private sectors, with extensive experience in highly unionized environments. In addition to her HR expertise, Joanna is a seasoned labour relations specialist known for finding creative solutions to complex issues before they escalate. She excels at navigating organizational complexity, fostering collaboration, and leading with clarity and integrity.
Joanna provides strategic advice and practical guidance to boards, executives, and teams, bringing a rare blend of cultural intelligence and grounded leadership. She’s known for cutting through complexity, building trust, and helping organizations turn big ideas into real, lasting impact.

Jared has led several of the organizations he has worked with to achieve success. Specifically having them named to the PROFIT 500 list, recognized as some of Canada’s top corporate cultures, and having them celebrated as some of Alberta’s best workplaces. One of Jared’s key strengths is his ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate an intuitive appreciation of organizational culture.
Jared has spent the better part of his career working with clients in the agriculture, municipal, healthcare and non-profit sectors. Jared is a gifted facilitator, has conducted numerous investigations, and brings a passion for organizational design and HR strategy.
